The finest barrow on Funen; Maarhoej Hindsholm. The barrow is from the Neolithic age. A 7 m wide entrance gives access to the chamber, which is set to carry 18 stones on which 7 huge capstones are resting.
The chamber is 10 meters long and man high. Maarhoej is the largest one chamber passage grave in Denmark and was listed in 1888.
